Titled 'Bestest Pals' the figurine was designed by Jim Shore and released in 2013 by Enesco as part of the Disney Traditions collection. Measuring 2.75"x2.25" and 4.5" tall, the figurine is in fine condition and comes with the original 4.5"x3.5"x6.5" box.
